Independent Subcontractor Relationship

If you pass the required assessment, you may be eligible to operate with Jobpeak as an independent subcontractor, rather than an employee.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing your own schedule.

  • Tracking your earnings for tax purposes.

  • Following task guidelines.

  • Completing tasks with accuracy.

Jobpeak Provides:

  • Access to a flow of project opportunities as workload becomes available and subject to your eligibility.

  • Clear task instructions and structured guidance.

  • Secure payment processing for completed tasks.

  • Constructive performance feedback to help you improve.

  • A fair and transparent system for distributing available tasks.

Earnings Structure

Varies by task type and complexity.

Jobpeak’s earning structure is simple and transparent: you are paid for the exact time you spend actively completing tasks within the Jobpeak Platform. Every assignment you work on is timed automatically, ensuring that your earnings accurately reflect the hours you dedicate to your subcontractor role. To qualify for payment, you must remain active and engaged during task completion, as the system tracks real-time input and activity to maintain fairness and quality. This structure protects both you and Jobpeak by ensuring consistent standards, reliable pay, and a clear correlation between your effort and your income—all while giving you full control over when and how long you choose to work.

Jobpeak does not take earnings from you; your compensation is the rate of the task assigned.
