To do this, we use fair and transparent Cognition Tests that assess each applicant’s abilities and help determine the most suitable categories of tasks. Passing the required assessment makes you eligible to be considered for subcontractor opportunities on Jobpeak-managed projects. When tasks are available, they are compensated according to the hourly rate assigned to your role, with full flexibility over when you choose to work and ongoing support to help you navigate the platform.

Our Work
