By using the Jobpeak website, platform, assessments, or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Jobpeak provides assessments and a digital platform where users may be considered for independent subcontractor tasks on Jobpeak-managed projects. Jobpeak is not an employer, does not offer employment, and does not guarantee any work, earnings, hours, or opportunities. All eligibility and task availability depends entirely on project demand and may change without notice.
Cognition and behavioral assessments are used to determine whether a user meets Jobpeak’s internal capability standards. Assessment fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Jobpeak does not disclose scoring methods, evaluation criteria, or thresholds. All assessment outcomes are final and cannot be appealed or reviewed. Passing an assessment does not guarantee work, minimum hours, income, or onboarding. Users may retake assessments at their own cost if available.
If selected, users may operate as independent subcontractors. Subcontractors are responsible for their own taxes, legal compliance, equipment, and internet access. Jobpeak may pause or terminate subcontractor access at any time for quality issues, policy violations, inactivity, misuse of the platform, suspected fraud, or any other reason deemed appropriate. Jobpeak is not required to provide an explanation.
Task availability varies based on project demand and is never guaranteed. Jobpeak does not guarantee continuous workflow, consistent earnings, minimum earnings, or task availability. Pay rates apply only to tasks actually completed and tracked within the Jobpeak Portal. Work performed outside the platform or without proper tracking will not be compensated.
Users may not use AI tools, automation, bots, scripts, or assistance during assessments or tasks. Users may not share confidential materials, misrepresent identity or location, create multiple accounts, or attempt to manipulate test results. Violations may result in termination.
Assessment fees are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate payment, technical failure preventing completion, or other circumstances required by law. Failure to pass or dissatisfaction with the outcome does not qualify for a refund.
Jobpeak does not guarantee work, income, earnings potential, task volume, assessment success, or eligibility for future opportunities. Any examples or descriptions are illustrative only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobpeak is not liable for loss of income, loss of business opportunities, technical issues, platform downtime, system errors, unauthorized access, errors in scoring, or any direct or indirect damages. The user’s sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform.

All platform materials, tests, branding, instructions, and software are the property of Jobpeak and may not be copied or reproduced.
Use of Jobpeak services is subject to the Jobpeak Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to necessary data collection and processing.
Jobpeak may suspend or terminate platform access at any time without notice. Upon termination, all access rights end immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Users are responsible for ensuring that participation is legal in their region.
Jobpeak may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Jobpeak.
