2. No Refunds for Test Outcomes
Jobpeak provides no refunds for any Test, regardless of the user’s performance or outcome.
This includes scenarios where you:

Fail to meet the required pass mark

Misunderstand instructions

Believe the test was too difficult

Feel the test did not match expectations

Experience test anxiety or poor performance

Do not qualify for subcontractor work
Purchasing a Test does not guarantee passing, qualifying, or any specific result.
3. No Refunds for User Error or Technical Issues
Jobpeak is not responsible for user-side technical issues. No refunds will be issued for:

Unstable internet connections

Device malfunction

Power outages

Browser errors

Accidental test submission

Failure to complete the test

Inability to access the platform due to user error
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they meet all technical requirements before purchasing or beginning any Test.
4. No Refunds for Inactivity, Account Suspension, or Termination
Refunds will not be granted if:

Your account is suspended for violating platform rules

You are removed for misconduct, cheating, or policy breaches

You voluntarily stop using the platform
