Our cognition tests ensure work quality for our enterprise clients and maintain fair, skill-based access to subcontractor opportunities. See which category you’re likely to qualify for through a short readiness check.

Test availability Notice

 

Test availability on Jobpeak may change depending on current project needs. When a specific task category is not actively onboarding new subcontractors, the related assessment may temporarily appear as “unavailable.” This helps ensure we only open qualification pathways for roles where upcoming project demand is expected. If the assessment you’re interested in isn’t currently open, we recommend checking back periodically, as test availability is updated based on workload forecasts and resource requirements.

Payment Information

Your pay rate is based in USD. You can be paid in USD, NZD, AUD, or CAD. If you choose NZD, AUD, or CAD, the amount is converted using the exchange rate at the time we process your payment and paid out direct to your bank account, or supported third party payment provider such as Paypal.

Test Fee Justification

Our Cognition Tests serve as a professional, skills-based qualification process. The fee ensures the integrity of our network, prevents system abuse, and covers the substantial costs of test development, scoring, platform maintenance, and fraud prevention. This system maintains high standards and a reliable workflow for all subcontractors

What if I fail the test?

You will not qualify, but you may purchase a discounted retake within a limited time. Assessment fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
